درخواست از وزراي محترم امورخارجه، علوم و بهداشت جهت تسریع مراتب پيگيري آزادي دكتر مسعود سليماني دانشمند برتر حوزه سلولهاي بنيادي از بازداشتگاههاي آمريكا

سلام علیکم

احتراماً ضمن آرزوی قبولی طاعات و عبادات در ایام ضیافت الهی، همانگونه که مستحضر هستید یکی از دانشمندان بنام و اساتید برتر هماتولوژی کشور بنام آقای دکتر مسعود سلیمانی مدتی است به بهانه هاي واهي و خلاف واقع  مورد ادعاي دولت آمریکا در بازداشت به سر می برند، این درصورتی است که دکتر مسعود سلیمانی یکی از محققان برتر در حوزه هماتولوژی، سلول های بنیادی و نانو بوده و تحقیقات ایشان کاملاً در راستای علوم زیستی و علوم پزشکی بوده و هیچ ارتباطی با سایر حوزه ها ندارد

يقين قاطع داريم همواره متوليان و مسئولين جمهوري اسلامي ايران همواره و در تمامي صحنه ها از هيچ تلاش و حمايتي از دانشگاهيان، پژوهشگران و جامعه علمي كشور مضايغه نداشته اند و همين امر هميشه دلگرمي و پشتوانه محكمي براي جامعه دانشگاهي ميهن عزيزمان بوده است.

بي شك حضور این دانشمند در میهن عزیزمان و ادامه تحقیقات سودمند در حوزه های نامبرده در جهت ارتقاء دانش دنیا در حوزه سلول های بنیادی و پزشکی ترمیمی امری الزامی و اجتناب ناپذیر است، این درحالی است که طبق اطلاعات ما در طی چندین ماه گذشته اقدام مؤثر و مستمری جهت آزادی ایشان از طرف وزارتخانه های متبوع انجام نشده یا حداقل به جامعه دانشگاهی کشور اطلاع رسانی نشده است. اینجانبان اساتید و اعضاء هیأت علمی دانشگاه های کشور، محققین مراکز تحقیقاتی و دانشجویان و پژوهشگران دانشگاه ها و مراکز آموزش عالی کشور ضمن محكوم كردن اين رفتار غيراخلاقي، مضحك و به دور از انسانيت و قواعد بين المللي دولت آمريكا باامضاء این درخواست استدعا داریم به صورت شایسته امور مربوط به آزادی ایشان از طریق مبادی مربوطه به صورت فوری و مؤثر پیگیری و به جامعه دانشگاهی کشور اطلاع رسانی شود. بی شک پیگیری این مورد و حمایت های مؤثر حضراتعالی از خانواده ایشان مایه دلگرمی دانشگاهیان و جامعه علمی کشور بوده و پشتوانه ای محکم برای ادامه مسیر علمی بی بدیل کشور خواهد بود

 توجه:  این دادخواست صرفا به منظور حمایت از دکتر مسعود سلیمانی دانشمند برتر حوزه سلولهای بنیادی و درخواست تسریع مراتب پیگیری از مقامهای محترم وزارتی مربوطه نگاشته شده و هرگونه برداشت غیر مرتبط یا سوء برداشت توسط هر شخص یا موسسه ثالث دیگر مورد تایید مولفین و امضا کنندگان اآن نمی باشد.

With all due respect, as you are already aware, Iranian eminent scientist and internationally-renowned haematologist, Dr. Masoud Soleimani, has been detained under the United States government’s false allegations. This is despite the fact that Dr. Masoud Soleimani is one of the world-class scholars in haematology, stem cell sciences, and nanotechnology, and his research thoroughly coincides with life sciences and medical research, and is not associated with any other areas of activities.   We undoubtedly believe that the Islamic Republic of Iran’s authorities have never withheld any attempt and support regarding Iranian scholars, academics, and scientific community under any circumstances, and this has always blessed our academic community with equanimity and encouragement.   Indeed, the presence of this scholar in our beloved homeland and pursuit of his invaluable research in the aforementioned areas is indispensable for promoting cutting-edge knowledge in stem cell sciences and regenerative medicine. Nonetheless, during the past few months, no effective actions have been taken by cognate ministries regarding Dr. Masoud Soleimani’s discharge, to our knowledge, or at least, haven’t been disclosed to the academic community. In this regard, professors, faculty members, researchers, and students of Iran’s universities, research centers, and higher education institutions firmly condemn this unethical, preposterous, and unhumanitarian deed, which is incongruous with the United States international rules. And by signing this petition, we plead immediate, efficient, and pertinent proceedings regarding his discharge, and we demand proper announcement of the process progression to the academic community of Iran. Unquestionably, the pursuit of this matter on your behalf and your support and compassion toward Dr. Masoud Soleimani’s family would comfort and elate the academic community and would serve as a solemn endorsement for the continuation of our country’s unparalleled scientific movement.

  Note: This petition has been prepared solely to support the prominent stem cell scholar Dr. Masoud Soleimani, and to demand expedition of prosecution of this matter from the relevant ministerial and administrative authorities. Any irrelevant construction or misinterpretation by any third person or third party is not approved by the authors and signatories.
